Inspired by the tireless movement of containers passing through our docks, this pale ale is dedicated to the dockers who make it happen!

A pale and golden easy drinking ale brimming with English hops.

Flavour & Aroma - floral, grassy, lemon and lavender notes.

Characteristic & Finish - crisp and clean ale with a hoppy finish.

Serve & Pair - chill to 10-12 degrees and pair with seafood, lighter meats or fish & chips.

 

Shout 4%

A nod to all those who dedicate their life to saving lives at sea, now and in days gone by…

Inspired by the men and women who patrol our seas to keep us safe. This red ale is dedicated to all those who make it happen. An easy drinking beer brewed with roasted barley, and a cara red malt for the wonderfully rich red hue.

Flavour & Aroma - sweet, floral, fruity and malty.

Characteristic & Finish - full bodied, earthy and smooth, fruity finish.

Serve & Pair - chill briefly and serve with rich dark dishes strong in flavour.

Victoria & Abdul’s IPA 4.2%

A special friendship; we like to think that they enjoyed conversation over an IPA…

A session IPA, inspired by the conception of India Pale Ale, transported from the London Docks to India during the days of the reign of Queen Victoria.

This is a complex ale with warm fruity undertones and a balance of hops that just keeps on giving.

Flavour & Aroma - gooseberry, pepper, peach.

Characteristic & Finish - strong yet smooth hopped, a light bitterness with a rich and citrus fruity finish.

Serve & Pair - chill to 10-12 degrees, wonderfully versatile and pairs with everything, according to Mrs E!

 

Proper Shoreditch Stout 4.2%

This stout has not been through a shoreditchification process and no hipsters were involved in the production…

This dark beer is a nod to both Shoreditch, the birthplace of TOFBC brewer, and London the home of stout. A smooth combination of six grains, dried fruit and a single bittering hop.

Flavour & Aroma - fruits of the forest, a hint of cedar with sweet floral notes.

Characteristic & Finish - a full bodied rounded bitterness with roasted spiced fruits.

Serve & Pair - chill briefly and serve with rich dark meats, cheeses or strongly flavoured spiced dishes.

Inspired by the River Deben, celebrating Felixstowe Ferry to Woodbridge and all that’s glorious about Suffolk! An easy drinking best bitter with a Munich malt twist!

Flavour & Aroma - Pine, cedar and grassy notes.

Characteristic & Finish - light and refreshing to drink with a moreish quality.

Serve & Pair - chill to 10-12 degrees and pair with spicy or fruity foods.
